Ron Weasley
My name is Ron Weasley and I have just recently finished my schooling at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Since my good friend JK left the ending of my last book (yes my last book; Potter would be nothing without me) ambiguous as to what I now do I thought I’d fill you in.
I first joined the team about a month before the Walesby World Experience when Rob and Diane asked if I was interested. At the camp I was a member of the elite ‘A’ team or ‘dancing’ team. We quickly settled into a routine with a different dance each day and soon became popular around the camp.
My choice of clothing, hawiian shorts, sunglasses and a baseball cap turned backwards made me easily recognisable around camp. This meant that wherever I went people always knew who I was and that I came from the best team. The ‘A’ team.
One of the highlights of the week had to be the special needs session. It was something I had never done before and I found it most enjoyable.
Now that Hogwarts is over, I hope to go on and delve into the life of muggles more by doing a degree in Biochmeistry. Until then I have taken out a warrent as an Assistant Beaver Scout Leader. It’s the highlight of my week, singing and dancing around for an hour. I love it!!!
As a Queen’s Scout I got the opportunity to go and meet the Chief Scout Peter Duncan who has said that he hopes the Centenary Archery Team will continue to flourish.
